Booking your repair

There are two ways to access our repair service.

By appointment

You will need to arrange an appointment to attend these sessions. We will sit down with you and investigate the hearing aid(s), to work out your best option for repair and a quote face to face.

Appointments take place at Nuffield Health Hospital in Cheltenham and Winfield Hospital in Gloucester.

Postal repairs

Send us your hearing aid(s) with your contact details and a description of the fault in a strong, padded envelope. We recommend insurance with the post office to cover loss. Upon receiving the package we will investigate the issue and contact you with a quote and next steps.
